Integrative Massage

60 minutes: $125
90 minutes: $175
120 minutes: $225

This is just a massage drawing from all of my skills and experience customized to address your unique needs.  Each session includes time to visit and discuss you and your body and needs.  Session time starts once you are on table and my hands make contact and always get at least as much time as expected.  I schedule with at least 30 minutes between appointments, so I am never rushed and always have time to fully focus on You.

Longer sessions allow more time to focus on things like neck and feet or more luxurious length cranial holds.  90 minutes is always ideal massage duration in my opinion

CranioSacral (SM)

60 minutes: $90
90 minutes: $125

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle yet powerful technique that is effective in releasing neck pain, back pain, and mental stress (among other things). It does this by optimizing the movement of cerebrospinal fluid through the spine and around the skull. Developed by physician William Sutherland, this therapy provides a very soothing and relaxing healing experience.

Though often labeled a form of 'energy work' what I love most about cranial is that it deals with a part of physical anatomy that though mysterious is based on actual anatomy.  I like to think of it as facilitated meditation.  While the various holds definitely have distinct effects and tend to cause subjective experiences people find more 'energetic' I think the stillness easily creates a meditative state that unto itself is extremely valuable.  I like to utilize cranial sessions as means to induce meditation as to let a client Feel what meditation should feel like.  Paired with sessions where we sit and meditate together, I find the two go very, very well together and can make something that can be very intimidating much more accessible.

Meditation Coaching and Practice

15 minutes: $20
30 minutes: $40

I believe all massage has capacity to induce a meditative state.  This happens naturally and it due to mind easily focusing on physical sensations massage causes.  This sensation makes it very easy for mind to focus and thus still and a meditative state happens by default.  In massage school we called this La-La Land.  Just that sorta waking dream state that usually happens during a great massage.

I find for those wanting to learn meditation this can be a great way to first help a person Feel what it's like.  All massage can do this though find craniosacral uniquely suited with its focus on still holds and breath.

For those interested I offer option to add on a sit where before and/or after massage we just sit and meditate together.  I'm happy to share basic instruction but really meditation is one of easiest things ever.  You just 1) Sit and 2) Breath.

Though this couldn't be easier it's still strangely daunting and MUCH easier to do with someone else.  We are all harmonic beings and just being with another experienced meditator can magically make meditation much more accessible.

I have a special meditation room and several Tibetan zafus (special meditation cushions) adjacent to my massage room and feel meditation basically makes EVERYTHING better, especially massage!

First sit add-on is complimentary so please don't hesitate to ask!
